Every idea begins with a sparkCollege Board’s Advanced Placement Program® is recognized by universities around the world as a standard of academic excellence. Since 1955, the AP® Program has enabled millions of students to take U.S. university undergraduate-level courses and earn undergraduate degree credit, advanced placement, or both while still in high school/secondary school.
Nearly all colleges and universities in the United States—as well as more than 500 universities in 75 countries such as the U.K., Canada, and Australia— consider AP participation favorably for admission and have policies around AP credit and placement.
Invictus International School, Amritsar is authorized by the AP Program to administer 2025 AP Exams. However, test centers and schools set their own exam pricing, registration timeline and payment policies.
The 2025 AP Exams will be administered over two weeks in May: May 5–9 and May 12–16 for regular test and May 19-23 for late testing.

Students must have either a valid passport or PVC Aadhaar card, to register and take AP Exams. Can take any or all of the 4 Physics exams in the same year. Cannot retake an exam in the same year; you may retake it in a subsequent year. Cannot take both Calculus AB and Calculus BC Exams in the same year. For the other exams we offer, course enrollment is not required. You cannot take 2 regular exams scheduled at the same date and time. Decide which exam you wish to take first and then take the other exam during the late testing window.Students in any of the categories below are eligible to test:
Students testing at the secondary school where they’re enrolled. Students enrolled at a secondary school but testing at another authorized school or test center. Secondary school-level students who are homes chooled, participate in independent study, or attend a virtual school. Younger students who are not yet enrolled in secondary school (i.e., below ninth grade) but are prepared to take an AP Exam.Prospective exam takers who do not meet the above requirements and have a legitimate need for AP testing must request approval via email from College Board at aptestsecurity@collegeboard.org, prior to registering with a test center.
The student should bring an APPROVED TESTING DEVICE and an original, VALID PASSPORT (hard copy) to the test centre on exam day, or else will not be able to test.

Important Update: Digital AP Exams 2025
Starting in May 2025, 28 AP Subjects will be administered fully or partially digitally. The remainder will move to digital soon. For more information and a detailed list of these exams, please refer to the official AP website
Note: Students must bring their approved testing devices for the digital sections of the exams.

Students must ensure that they have registered for all AP Exams, paid the exam fee to the AP test center and completed the entire process mentioned in the AP Exam registration instructions by the deadlines listed. There will be no extensions to the deadlines allowed later.
